8. Indian Data Protection (DPDP Act, 2023)
As an Indian company we process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
Where the DPDP Act applies, you are a Data Principal and we are the Data Fiduciary. In addition to the rights above, you may:

A grievance should identify you, the specific content or conduct complained of, and the reason for the complaint. We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days, as the Rules require.
